 I spent years spending hundreds of dollars on both chiropractors and massage therapists bi weekly to manage my hip and back pain with chronic headaches. Since I began seeing David at Apex recovery I don't need to do that anymore. David uses a combination of remedial massage and decompression therapy to treat the whole body as apposed to just spot treatments. I no longer have any hip pain at all, I have fewer headaches and can go a long time between treatments. David can attend the home which is extremely convenient and is a lovely person. I would absolutely recommend Apex recovery to anybody
